DM606A controller simulator

Two languages. One shared state.

Press a key on either panel: both follow the same transition. The left panel shows English labels; the right panel shows their Russian translation for this simulation.

A simulation of documented DM606A functions. Exact firmware behaviour and equipment compatibility are not verified. Russian is a translation for this simulation, not a verified device language. There is no equipment connection.

One simulated module

This simulation contains one module. Actual equipment addresses, parameters, temperatures and signals are unknown. No equipment commands are sent.

    Simulated fault explained

    How to use the simulator

There are five keys on each panel. Function / Fn opens a menu or returns to the previous screen; in password entry it moves to the next digit. Enter / OK performs the current screen action. The arrows select an item or change a value. On/Off changes only the demonstration group request.

Keyboard: ↑, ↓, Enter, P (On/Off). Escape collapses the expanded simulator; in normal view it acts as Function. Startup takes 5 seconds. A submenu returns to Main after 60 seconds without a key press. Long presses are not established by the reviewed source and are not simulated. The initial simulation password is 123, from a documented example. Never enter a real password.

Parameters are separate values for this session. Timers can be edited, but do not run a real calendar schedule. The available modes and reference parameters do not establish the capabilities of any particular equipment. Changing the module-count parameter does not alter the single module in this simulation or assign addresses.

    Fault test

These controls create model events, not signals from a real sensor. The M example represents insufficient flow through one module under the documented conditions; it does not establish the presence or configuration of any real sensor.

For M: remove the cause, then request a reset on the fault screen. Starting is a separate action. Temperature class A needs a separate recovery condition; no threshold or hysteresis is invented. The A/M reference describes 180 seconds and a repetition limit over 120 minutes, but its exact counter boundaries are not simulated. The EEPROM reset description is inconsistent, so no power-cycle action is offered.

    OBAIR chiller · 3D

Rotate the existing chiller model. The controller simulation uses one module; it is not connected to equipment.

    Model scope and limitations

The interface uses documented function names, reference ranges and a Russian translation for this simulation. Its housing is an illustrative representation without physical dimensions. Unknown live readings remain blank; incomplete or conflicting operations are shown as explicit limits.
