TRANP gasketed plate heat exchangers
A gasketed plate pack can be opened to access the corrugated heat transfer surfaces. TRANP's family material matrix provides plate, elastomer and frame choices. The material options can be assessed against fluid compatibility, thermal duty and maintenance requirements.
When to consider this equipment
Consider this construction for liquid heating and cooling enquiries where inspection and mechanical cleaning of the plate pack matter. The useful question is which fluids and service conditions the selected plates and gaskets must withstand, rather than treating one material combination as standard for every application.
What to include in an enquiry
Provide both fluid compositions and temperature programs, duty or flow rates, working pressure, allowable pressure losses and maintenance access. Request the exact plate and gasket materials, configuration and drawing. The listed material choices belong to the family; they do not confirm the supplied materials or numerical pressure and temperature limits of a particular unit.
