TRANP brazed plate heat exchangers
The brazed construction joins corrugated metal plates into a compact assembly. TRANP describes plate-material options at family level and publishes a nine-model table of plate areas, dimensions and maximum connection sizes, giving a practical starting point for comparing formats.
When to consider this equipment
The manufacturer lists domestic hot water and HVAC duties, chillers, air conditioners, boilers and heat pumps. Evaporator and condenser applications are also described. These are family uses: the fluid or refrigerant, phase change and operating program still have to be checked for the selected configuration.
What to include in an enquiry
Compare the single-plate area and H/W/h/w values, then request the actual plate pack, connections, materials and assembly drawing. The maximum connection size is not a fitting specification. The cited table does not establish an exact model's thermal capacity or working pressure/temperature limits, and its depth and weight expressions contain an undefined variable.
